United Mission On Relief and Development
UMORD is a national non-governmental organization (NGO) registered to operate in Sudan since 2019. We primarily target Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), Refugees, Returnees, and vulnerable host communities across Sudan, with a special focus on Darfur region. Our partnership with UMCOR Atlanta provides a strong foundation for our humanitarian and development work.

Targeting the Most Vulnerable
In all projects, UMORD targets beneficiaries by considering their vulnerability status, including women or child-headed households, displaced populations, people living with disabilities, and the elderly. Capacity building for local community ownership is integral to our humanitarian and development assistance.
